About Us
Penticton & District Community Resources Society (PDCRS) has been making a difference in the community since 1966! We are a diverse, multi-service non profit organization that offers a range of services and resources to individuals, families and communities throughout the South Okanagan/Similkameen. PDCRS operates over 20 programs & services through the support of government contracts, grants, fee for service and a variety of local, provincial and national donors including:
- Child Care & Support Services
- Child, Youth & Family Support programs
- Community Living Services for adults with developmental disabilities
- Community Development
Our commitment to delivering accessible services throughout the rural areas, remote towns and First Nations communities is embedded within the positive relationships with our community partners. Community connections and partnerships are a cornerstone of PDCRS's success. Partnerships are a valuable an inherent part of our 45 year history. They are essential to providing quality service to children, families and adults throughout the Interior Region. Our community partnerships extend to organizations throughout the interior and serve as an anchor to our commitment to delivering accessible services to all parts of the region.
Organizational Structure
